I have hit a point in my recovery where I feel I am at a stand still. It
seems as if no matter what I do I can't sustain an effort to move
forward. I find myself focusd for a few days (hours) and then I seem to
slipback into old patterns and thoughts. any suggestions on how to get
over the hump would be helpful
