   What do you mean by "time is speeded up to twice OUR speed...?"  Sounds
like science fiction to me.  I'm sure the physicists here will give you
excellent scenarios.  I only know the chronological time that is a 
easurement
based on the regularity of movements of astronomical bodies.  For the 
elative
eyeblink of "time" of the life of a human being there are a variety of 
ymbols
depending on her/his/its experience of existence.
