Confuses it really, as the domestic version comment was wrong.  They're
different machines.

On one-off CD's there are different qualities of burners, with some pretty
marginal, and others more powerful and capable of burning through minor 
flaws.  
Mastering can be done with different levels of error and standards compliance
checking.  Someone with a $10 k Sonic Solutions system will do better on 
average
than someone using a $2 k generic PC based system.  
Commercial production thereafter should show no difference in sound quality,
unless you find a plant with a poor error rate problem.
