MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05
 
      Title: Marinated Barbecued Chuck Steak
 Categories: Main dish, Beef, Grill, Sthrn/livng
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 tb Chili powder
      2 ts Ginger, ground
      1 ts Salt
      1    Garlic clove; minced
      2 tb Onion; minced
    1/3 c  Lemon juice
    1/4 c  Oil, olive
      2 lb Chuck steak; about 1" thick
 
  Combine first 7 ingredients; stir.  Place steak in a large shallow
  bowl; pour marinade over steak.  Turn steak ot coat both sides with
  marinade; cover and refrigerate 10 hours or overnight.
  
  Remove steak from marinade; place on grill over hot coals.  Cook 8 to
  10 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
