Some of the TV shows have been based on the books.  I remember that
something about "Silent World" or something similar did come from a novel by
Dexter.  Most of those were telecast long ago, so we may be seeing them as
reruns sometime.  I think I heard that Dexter's latest one, A WAY THROUGH
THE WOODS, is in production now.  I'm looking forward to that one.  It's his
most complex work so far.
