  Actually, news may be sent compressed or not, but mail is *never*
compressed. And the cubatch line... cunbathc means COMPRESS; gunbathc
means GNUZIP, and zunbatch means ZIP.

  If you're going to do your own reader, UUCP format is really easy to 
decode in Delphi if you treat is as text and read lines.
