| subject: | The Hexadecimal System and VB |
Hello,
I'm trying to understand how VB handles the Hexadecimal system to be sure I
know how to use the waveoutgetvolume and waveoutsetvolume API's.
Hex(-1) returns FFFF but I know I should get FFFFFFFF.
However Hex(-1#) returns FFFFFFFF.
What is the # symbol in this context and what does it do?
Peter Nolan.
Dublin.
