LOCSYSOP as you know is just for my BBS.  dial.sysop is the equivalent of
FN_SYSOP.  Although I would expect it to be overwhelmed by technical issues
rather than political ones, since I don't see that the new structure has
any political possibilities, whilst the technical issues are vast. BFN.
