Morris may had been looking for any reason to sue Lennon or The Beatles 
(btw, I always wondered why he threatened to sue Lennon, when 
technically the song is "Lennon/McCartney").  I believe Levy got screwed 
out of Beatles merchandising back in '64, and I think he was also 
involved in VJ or Swan. I'll see what I can find.
