 I presume that you are refering to the ones that are doing the live fax
 passes on 137.5. I am getting into exactly the same thing, I am already
 rx-ing SSTV & HF Weather Fax which are both quite easy.
 The first thing you need is a good VHF radio with an arial that is resonant
 on 137 Meg, a preamp a most definate advantage. A good interface is
 available from DAYCOM (advert in the R&C magazine) It's made by MFJ
 Oh! dont forget the computer. DUHHH! JVFax7.1 is all I use as far as 
oftware
 goes, requires DOS and a COM Port.
