Ok I was sitting here working when it occurred to me that I had left 
something out of my "fix" for people that like to autoload CUA.  This 
function is at the very bottom of CUAMARK.S by the way.

Setting the CCPDKeys variable will preserve Semware's behavior of being 
able to toggle the keydef between active and inactive by executing the macro 
repetitively.
I would also like to congratulate Semware on giving us back color syntax 
highlighting.  I can now proudly go forth and try to convert the ignorant 
masses to TSE pro once again (a campaign I stopped when people asked, "Does 
it have syntax highlighting?")
