It appears that if there is a {at}To: line like the following:

{at}To: Ubobl{at}scorpio.rosebay.matra.com.au (Bob Lawrence)

then Watergate will put Bob Lawrence in the To: line of the Squish message
base. Without the (Bob Lawrence) part, it'll use Ubobl instead. Without the
{at}To: kludge, it'll just use All.

I don't know how that affects you using qwk packets, but it certainly is an
improvement for me if I can figure out how to do that before giving the
pkts to Watergate.
