Mark Lewis has informed me that Bw is, indeed, abandonware.

If the "announcement" voice is coming fro your end (browser/mail
reader) you
can change the sound byte. I have Michael Dorn (Worf from Star Drek) saying
"Captain, Incoming Message" when something falls into my e-mail box
(Thunderbird pop email - not Gmail or YooHoo). He's also on my smart-a$$ phone
announcing "incoming" as it happens.

Heat oil in large sauté pan or wok, add garlic and
Chilies, then onion, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until
onion clears. Add mushrooms, wine, tomatoes, heat while
stirring, start to add spices. Cover and simmer. While
simmering open ground soy and crumble up (or brown ground
turkey). Add soy. Add a little more wine if necessary.
  Adjust spices.

Grate some cheese (1/2 Pecorino Romano and 1/2 Jalapeño
Jack is good), serve over toasted buns!
