Suggest....sure! My limited experience is there is one beep at the beginning
of the bios run that signifies.."display monitor attached". Maybe your two
beeps are just a bonus for you.

Power off. Pull off the display cable and power ON. No beeps will be telling you
"no display sensed". Of course, it won't boot either and the NO
beeps is telling you why.
Think about it. You could be chasing Bios run problems for 3 hours only to find
you forgot to plug in your display.

That's how it is here with a power ON boot, and does not beep with just a reboot.
