With so many people getting Workman's Comp for improper lifting, this might
be a good time to teach your children how to lift something properly. This
will keep your back healthy, so I suppose you could call it health education.
(Lift with your knees, by squatting down, grasping the object with the arms,
and then use your legs and knees to raise your body into the standing
possession. Put the item down in the reverse fashion. Bending over is a NO
NO. I learned this the hard way, and ended up with a back injury that still
plagues me occasionally.)
As far as packing, that is almost math and language - sorting, right?
Cleaning of course is a necessary part of life, and also can come into
"health education".
It's a stretch, but how-to-have-a-successful-move is a necessary part of
life-education. Few people live in the same place their whole life.
