Believe it or not Title 31 has been used to go after fraudulant science used
to obtain federal funds. One of them was doing psychological research. That
is what gave me the idea. I am ging to file a complaint with the FBI here.
I hope to find other examples so they will not feel like they are breaking
new ground.
