Ever since they have been beaming tons of power into the ionosphere from the 
HAARP project in Alaska, propigation seems to have changed, as has the 
weather.
One can only hope their tinkering doesn't cause another ice age...or worse.
I saw footage from a NASA observation that shows what scientists claim is 
lightning never seen in ball form at the TOP of a thunderhead before...
This should prove to be an interesting sunspot cycle...
