    DNSCOTTY202 will warp you to Episode 2, Level 2 of the registered
    version. DNSCOTTY210 will warp you to Episode 2, Level 10. You get
    the idea. It was changed in ver. 1.3d to accommodate the registered
    versions extra levels.
