Thanks for the info. Not really in the market for scanner
equipment of this type but, I do have a need to use it. I just
wanted to know if scanners for blueprints even existed and how
I could go about utilizing them in my work. A reader named Stan
in Conf: 24 suggested I should check the Yellow Pages which of
course I did and found a blueprint/copy place in Fullerton,Ca.
They will scan blueprints, convert them to raster or vector files
and even clean them up if you like. Cost for the scan of
a 24 x 36 drawing is 75.00. I'm certain I'll be using their
services soon. Thanks again!
