That the EPOMNI driver for the C80 series works on the C86 is by design and
no a fault. :)
EPSON didn't change the electronic part except for the chip inc.
Other changes are the surrounding cover and the paper feed and that's it.

The new Epson printers should be available by now and I'm not sure the C80
driver still works with them.
In the US the new model should be called C88 and in Germany it's called D88
(smaller versions like C68/D68 are also available).

Has anyone tried the new models with the EPOMNI driver???
