He can change it, but it still can be traced back to him if
anyone complains about his terroristic threats against their
lives and the lives of their families.

Now he can be held accountable. The number is on record, it can
be traced to him. They will find him. If he really is an
apprentice electrician there will be more files on him with the
Union. I have hundreds of his posts - traceable to him, in which
he has threatened to kill or injure people and/or their families.
I can supply them to any legitimate police agency.
