Thanks Don,

  The external power is a nice touch, I hadn't seen before. I have seen 
but wasn't able to get last weekend, a SATA card with an external data 
port, but I have modified a standard card and built my external SATA 
drive is a modified USB 2.0 Disk housing, which has the molex power. All 
working fine.
