You refused to tell me what a "quad bike" is, so why should I
talk to you? Oh, OK.  It's a heavy rubber exercise ball, much beloved of
physical trainers. It comes in sizes ranging from double soccer ball size
to ridiculous.  It's great for doing "crunches" on.  I bought one
for rehab after a hospitalization.

And all the ones I've seen over here are made in Italy or Austria, not Switzerland.
