Most likely you have lost your negative bias supply. Pull the output
tubes and check for a negative voltage of about -40 to -50 between
the chassis and pin 5 on both the tube sockets. If it is there then
you have other problems suck as leaky caps between the phase splitter
(12AT7) and the 6L6 grids. There is also a 1K5 gris stopper resistor
mounted directly on the 6L6 sockets. These go open quite often and
will cause the same effect.
