Good for you. Some reasonably modern TVs (or TV-like displays) may work
as well, if they have S-Video or composite input.

Do you really intend to get a tape drive? The cassette deck thingy that
most people hated? IMO, the only use for that thing today would be to
read any old C64 cassettes you still have around.
