Thanks Sean!  While many echomail delivery systems don't require that an echo
be listed, there are still parts of the world where it's required, or won't be
AREAMGR requestable without that.

I'll be adding areatag IPV6 to my feed from Janis sometime this weekend so
folks who pull mail from me can ask to be added.
