Yup, terminology speed bump #1 (more to come). 

When these were somewhat unknown to most people we referred to
them as 'dual point' even though, in my case, it was 'dual
reluctors'. 

We also called them 'transistorized ignitions' even when they
went to onboard computers we just ignored that fact for a few
years. ;-)
