I have very mixed thoughts on the issue of illegals driving. I must admit I
lean towards denying them the legal right. Does TN have mandatory insurance
laws ? If so then the state should go after them and should the INS check
the books well ......  What was the rationale for defeating the change to
deny them the ability to get a driver's license ?
