subject: MIDI BOX FOR ADLIB CARD

G'day Joseph Hanna-rivero, In a message on , you said :

JH> Before you call others liars take a lesson in honesty and courtesy
JH> yourself, you hypocrit. You requested an 8M SIMM to be delivered COD which
JH> was done.

Joe, my apologies for not informing you but your simms just took too long
getting here.
I obtained some from another source and yours was no longer needed, I did
pay the postage back.

JH> wondering why after 1 month, payment was not forthcoming I was

Actually overall it was around 5 weeks.

My first message to you was sent on 8 May to which you replied on 12 May,
recieved here on the 15 May

You advised me you were sending me a 4 Meg simm (I ordered 8).
I sent you another Netmail message suggesting that if you had in fact sent
me a 4 M simm then send another of the same as I wanted 8.

The next message from you sent on 18 May rxed here on 20 May informed me
that you havent sent anything yet but you will be sending me an 8 Meg
module.

Another message from you on 27 May informed me that you had sent it on last
Thursday (23 May).

I waited for this, even checking with the PO every few days but nothing was there.
I was now more ugently in need of these SIMMS so got some from another source.

I eventually got a card from the PO to say these simms had arrived. I got
this card on Friday 14 JUNE. On Sat morning 15 June I went to the PO and
paid to send the parcel back.

I felt that 5 weeks to get the stuff was excessive.
It took you 2 weeks to get around to sending it and the Post Office another
3 weeks to deliver.

JH> informed by your local post office that the parcel was rejected and
JH> returned back to me. if you didnt want the item the least you could have

I did want them, but in a reasonable time frame. I suggest you complain to
the PO for taking so long.

JH> done was have the decency to inform me. Because of your act I must sell
JH> the RAM at a loss since the current price is cheaper than when you ordered

Had it arrived within a reasonable time frame from when you said you sent
it, I would have paid although by this time I knew I could have bought them
cheaper elsewhere, I still would have accepted them.

                                        Laurie
