SD City, Escondido, National City, and Heartland are on 800.  South Bay, 
Rancho, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Inland Fire, Ca. Dept. of Forestry, and 
Cleveland Nat'l Forest are all on VHF.  All the Military stuff is now on the 
400 mhz trunked system.
