 We bought a fixer-upper house.  It is livable, but needs alot of work.
 It also is in a poorer section of Michigan.  Taxes are about 600 a year.
 So it comes to about 250 a month.  House will be paid off in 5 years.
 Only cost 11 grand, 4 bedrooms.  But it is not a big house.  It will
 work though.
