amd he is a windows user plus sells a ne services computers. He tok the
printer,and has clramed out the paper jam that caused the prob;em. It noe
acys loke it is printimg,but nothing onnthe paper. All the carts are
new,buyt have been removed and replaced in the printer at least two times.

Forgot to mention - when you run the program itself, it only appears to 
be an ink level monitor. The useful parts of the program, you get to by 
right clicking the new printer icon with green and red lines top right 
in its icon, that sits in the tray at the bottom right of the screen. 
That pull up menu contains, reset counters, cartridge exchange, 
protection counter, head cleaning and ink freezing features.
