Yes.

If it has grntrs.dialix.oz.au in it, then it's gone from fido to uucp (and
back to fido if I miss killing a dupe). 

If it's got rosebay.matra.com.au in it, it's gone from uucp to fido and
shouldn't dupe back the other way as that seems to be built into fido
software.

That's what I've seen so far anyway.
