 South Bay, Rancho, Inland and CDF are the 4 "dispatch centers" I
 was referring to.  Escondido is still shown in Rancho (13 series),
 as are Carlsbad and Oceanside.
 
 San Diego (including Poway) and Heartland (with 8 departments in
 Zone 4) are the two "centers" which made the move to 800.  National
 City is now part of Heartland.
 I did forget Cleveland NF.
 
 BTW, Fallbrook and Borrego ARE part of San Diego County but they're
 missing from ScanFan.  Both are/were originally in Zone 2.
