ST> SS> what I need--another author & series to get hooked on. Are these
ST> SS> best read in order?
ST>Not necessary. Each stands on its own.
Great! That makes it easier.
ST> > >The authors name escapes me right now, but I was hooked from the first
ST> ST> SS> When you remember it, let me know?
ST> ST>It is Barbara Jaye Wilson. The book is a paperback original, and was
ST> >GREAT! I can't say enough about it, I have been recommmending it to
ST> SS> Again, noted.
ST>I know you'll love it. Everyone on DorothyL that has picked it up has
ST>raved about it.
I'll look for it.
ST> SS> Am reading Diane Mott Davidson's _Killer Pancake_ & like it
ST> SS> but I do enjoy this series. Just finished Les Roberts' _The Duke of
ST> SS> Cleveland_ which means I'm all caught up on his Milan Jakovich series
ST> SS> & now have to wait until fall for his new one to come out.
ST>I love DMD books. She should have a new one some time this summer,
ST>although I haven't seen it listed anywhere yet. For some reason the
ST>older Les Roberts books are hard to come by here. I tried to order them
ST>for a customer with no luck. I would like to read the first one. If you
ST>can get a copy locally, maybe we could do a swap, I could send you a
ST>book you'd like.
As far as I know, his older books were only released in paperback
& his newer ones only in hardcover. The grapevine says that all are
going to be released in PB soon. I'll check some of the used
bookstores when I've time (there's the rub) & see if I can find any
of them.
Best regards,
Sharon
