You _should_ be able to see Meigs field by going to http://www.truelook.com/
and selecting "Adler Planetarium Sky Eye" .

You can get to the Sky Eye.  You can view other scenes in Chicago.  But
Meigs field seems to be completely obscured by a soap covered window.  I
suppose it could be fog.
