I have seen this quote recently in another echo, must have been SF.

There was a lot of discussion in the RD echo if it really was Orac, after
a lot of comments it was agreed it wasn't Orac becasue it was too small. 
I missed this episode of RD myslef, I 'll have to wait untill the series's
finished before I can get a copy of it from someone.
