AAMOF, I have been working on this tonight and have it configured now I think.

Yep, the comment messages will go to the post conference. Comment receivers are 
configured in the alias.bbb file with the COM_?: lines and the text displayed 
when someone does the COM command can be adjusted in the /bbbs/menus/precom.* 
files. I just have a precom.gr file here.
