I think I have what you are looking for on my board somewhere. I use to use it
until the structs changed with the Y2ka2

There is only 1 program that I know that works for this version, but all it is
is a bulleting maker for top users etc. and even that reads in the wrong data.
When I ran it it created a bulletin with the top uploaders and it put over 
10,000 files in the top persons stats. There haven't been that many files in 
the 10+ years that the board has been up uploaded to it.
