Sue, this is one of the funniest things I've read in a long time.  I'm going 
to frame it and keep it on my wall so that when I have a client go sour 
despite my best efforts, I can comfort myself with the knowledge that 
sometimes it doesn't matter what you do or say, some people just aren't going 
to see things your way.
