I don't know about the specific quantity in a package but "The Good
Guys" chain has been bought out by CompuUSA.  They are liquidating
their stores and I note that in a very small computer section they
have CD R/W's and jewel cases at very attractive prices (40-60% off
list).

If you have one of those stores in your area you may want to stop
in and see if there is anything of interest.
