Warp v3 can support Win32s v1.15 out of the box and support for
v1.25 is available on the internet.
I believe Warp v4 supports Win32s v1.25 out of the box.
Microsoft changed the Win32s specifications after v1.25 such that
OS/2 support for the later versions of Win32s is not possible
without destroying backwards compatibility with many older OS/2
applications.

The full Win32 API is not supported by OS/2; developers are
encouraged to use the tools to port their Win32 applications to
native OS/2 instead.
