Hi Nancy,

NB> NB>> I wouldn't want one, either.... we essentially have that for
NB> NB>> the camp up at the Pond.... isn't too bad for utility costs, but
NB> NB>> then we rarely are actually there, and even less call for
NB> NB>> needing the baseboard heat....

RH> If you were there in winter, yu would be paying big bills. I can
RH> understand why you shut the camp down each fall.

NB> We keep the breakers for the heat off unless we actually need some
NB> heat, too... The first year that RJ was back from AZ, he stayed at
 NB> the camp
NB> well into November, thinking to get a job up there... it didn't work
NB> out as well as he'd hoped, so he ended up just coming home here... But
NB> that fall, the electric bill was indeed much higher than usual....

Was that before he had his own place?

NB> NB>>>> Yup, at least the "shake" is
something you put into your
 NB> NB>>>> mouth yourself... ;)
NB> RH>>> Or have help if neccessary.
NB> NB>>> True, sometimes might need someone to steady the glass for
 NB> NB>>> you...
 NB> RH>> As long as you're getting nutrition,...but that can't replace
 NB> RH>> a steak, potato and salad, with a yummy dessert. (G)
NB> NB>> No.... but it isn't so hard to chew... (G)

RH> That's for sure--unless you like to chew ice. (G)

NB> No ice in the "shake".... one just chills it in the fridge... ;)

Unless it gets put near the vent in the back of the fridge. We have to
watch what we put in that area as things do freeze up. I don't want
frozen yogurt for breakfast and microwave thawing just doesn't work out
so I always either put the yogurt on a different shelf or off to a side.
Maybe it's just our fridge that does it tho.

NB> ... "At last I'm organized." he sighed and died

Just when I think I've got things organised, something comes along to
disorganise them.

Catch you later,
Ruth
