Actually, that's not right.  It's not EchoMail specification, it's many
tosser's limitation of of message length - 16k. (Especially applies to
Squish 16bit versions, but not the 32bit nor OS/2 versions.  Probably the
same with QMail, etc.)  Thanks to MarK Lewis for pointing out the
misstatement.  :)
