Policy may be a little behind the times, but it is not outdated.  It is in
effect until it is replaced.  The part of "responsible for all
traffic", even when changes are made, is 100% not likely to be one of
the parts changed.

That is a BBS SysOp misconfiguration of the area.. he's responsible for
that.  The BBS user also doesn't need to rely on that, as, it is clearly
known that so long as the real name apears in the message, (such as in the
signature), then it is okay, as the "real name" is there.

This user didn't say... "ooops, okay, I'll include it"... rather,
he said "too bad, for FidoNet".  Cut him, bye-bye, IMO.
