Canadian beer steak marinade categories: marinades, booze yield: 1 batch 2 bottles Beer; Alexander Keith's IPA 1/4 c Teriyaki sauce 1/3 c Maple syrup 1 Tb Brown sugar 2 cloves Fresh garlic; peeled and chopped 1 pn Oregano 1 pn Ground sage 1 ds Cajun seasoning Salt and pepper 1 pn Paprika 1 pn Ground cumin 1 pn Dried basil Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place striploin steaks in a large ziplock bag, pour marinade in bag, squeeze out excess air, seal zipper.
