Hi Paul,
WTF is the date/time standard in UUCP?
As I read rfc822 it should be in the form [Sun,] 25 May 97 but most
of the messages use 1997, especially yours. It's as bad as Fido.
I can't see any way to find a To: line unless we just add one, or
claim one for our own use. How about we use the Organisation: line? The
probem is existing software. How about we abandon newsgroups and send
everything by public mail, uncompressed but in batches?
