No, Bill, the two programs are totally different and each has its own
registration path(s).

Yes, by all means .... current registered users of Telemate for
DOS may upgrade to the new Telemate for Windows for the low upgrade
fee of $19.00 USD.
->Does it require Windows 95 or can it run using Win 3.1x?
Win 3.xx works fine...
