I'm looking for some, maybe a lot, of info on alcohol
fuels.  Can anyone, at the minimum, suggest some good
books on the subjects?
Subjects that pop into mine are:
Paperwork needed to produce the necessary amount of
alcohol.
The difficultly of making the equipment needed for
fermentation, distillation, etc.
Storage.
Engine changes necessary to convert from gas to
straight alcohol.
