Go to an Herb store and get some "lavender" and "hops", about an ounce
each should do it. Put these into a little Pillow or sachet and have him
put it on his pillow or under the pillow case right near his face.
Breathing the herbs WILL help him sleep without taking drugs! I use one
and we have put one inside a pillow I made for my 5 yr old daughter.
Once you try it for a couple of nights you won't go without it.
I was having real bad problems staying asleep too, for a while I would
wake up about 2 or 3 and be up for over 2 hours every night and rather
than lay in bed and make waves (we too have a water bed). I would get up
and come in and read mail or play a game on the computer. Then one day I
was making Amanda's bed and remembered the sachet her God-Mother made
for her because she was having a hard time adjusting to dad working
nights and wouldn't want to go to bed for me. I went out and made a
new one for both us girls and once wen get to sleep we stay asleep.
